Challenge: Intro to Stability Ball

Thoughts:  It was a little more simplistic than I was hoping for, but it was an intro, so it did live up to its promise!  I went a step further and looked up more stability ball exercises and tried them at the gym.  The hardest move I tried was doing leg lifts while sitting on the ball.  I have no balance anymore!

Thoughts: I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and have never come across this pose.  I assume it is a real pose, but I don't know for sure because I cannot find it elsewhere.  But, nevertheless, I tried it and it stretched my hips and lower back so well!  Nice.

Thoughts: This site helped me get off to a good start and I am also going to a group starting next week that is going to help me learn, too.  Excited!
